1. Event registration is open from now on.
2. All services are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
3. All participation records are subject to the records of shu uemura’s computer system.
4. Only registered participants are allowed to participate in the event. They must participate in person at the designated date and place they have selected. Otherwise, they will be automatically waived.
5. shu uemura reserves the right to change the service without prior notice. We apologize for the inconvenience.
6. shu uemura reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, shu uemura reserves the right of final decision.

2. Participants must abide by the rules, terms and conditions, and other relevant regulations established by shu uemura. They need to ensure that all the information provided is true and correct, and does not impersonate any third-party information or false account. If there is false information or suspicion of participating in the event with an empty or false account that disrupts or manipulates the event with any program, the redemption qualification of the relevant participant may be canceled without further notice.
3. The data and time submitted by participants through this event will be based on the data received by the organizer's server. shu uemura is not responsible for any delay, loss, error, or unrecognizable information submitted by participants due to technical problems such as computers and networks.
4. Participants understand and are willing to abide by the terms and conditions of this event, thus agree to be posted by shu uemura.

Hong Kong shu uemura will not use the relevant information for future direct marketing purposes. shu uemura will keep the above data and information confidential except for designated data processors.

General Matters

3. The terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Participants and promotion agencies must submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region irrevocably.
